Quick update for my holiday

Hi peeps ( ´ ▽ ` )っ long time didn't get to update my blog. I forgot when I decided stop blogging, I just knew my life was busy and partly because it was also boring and repetitive.  Furthermore, I reach the age where I think more as I speak about something. Sometimes I think 'Should I blog and share the stories with my fellow friends?' This eventually led me to stop typing as I think maybe it's not cool to share my problems with you guys as that's how people start judging you. Ahhh.. Life is hard isn't it? (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑)

That's when I decide blog itself is only about sharing your life, fun stuffs or jot down those meaningful memories. o()o

So, quick update for my holiday shall we? Well the greatest of all is that my niece, Ixuan was safely arrive this beautiful world. Actually she just celebrated her 1st birthday 2 days ago. I mean WOW... how can time go so fast?!

My bro graduated with his Master of Architecture. My parents, me together with my boyfriend had attended his graduation ceremony and been to various places in Tasmania for around a week.

Photo taken at Bridestowe Lavender Farm at Launceston, Tasmania.

Finally I decided to get a perm after so many years. No more straight hair! At first, I was worried the outcome would be hysterical as I could recall my temporarily curl at the family photo, it was the worse nightmare ever. However, I still like to point it out to my friends whenever they came to my house - the look-alike 30 years old Aunty Jamie! Although I'm obviously an aunt to my niece now ㄟ( ̄▽ ̄ㄟ)

February 2013

There, in my hometown, I had an fabulous Chinese New Year(CNY) celebration with my family. Finally, all of us were here, with a new family member Baby Xuan, and her future younger sister/brother in the tummy. I can't wait to go back to Miri again! ╰( ̄▽ ̄)╭   All the dishes looked delicious isn't it? My mom is a great cook!

The rest of the photos were taken after CNY. Unfortunately I don't get to take photos with 2 of my best friends, Chau and Ping! Well someone in the group gotta love to take pictures in order for this to become possible! Outings with bestie Emily, Sei Fen and Nelly. Thank you Emily for inviting me and get to know Nelly better. Nelly is such a sweet girl! Not forgotten, TQ Emily for always being a great listener for me! I can't wait to see you again! \( ̄︶ ̄)/

Well I may look ugly in the last photo Σ( ° △ °) hahaha, angled problem, but oh well, that's probably the only photo I had with my best friend Eric. So I just gotta to accept the fact I look ugly here ╮(╯◇╰)╭ . lol Thanks Karen for suggesting to take this photo, plus Eric for asking me to join them, these guys are the fun one \(@^0^@)/★

 THE END!

Lorax inspired me to live greener

I watched a movie just now while having dinner. It's called 'Dr. Seuss' The Lorax'. A beautiful story and they sure interpret it very well. If you enjoy 'Despicable Me', you'd enjoy this movie as well. This movie is another masterpiece by these incredible creators! I nearly cried, and who exactly will cry watching animation?  Yup, me undeniably.  The thing that hit my nerve because it suddenly remind me of how many terrible things human (including you and me) have done to our lovely earth.

In the 'Lorax' movie, they use the story plot of 'How a world would be without trees?' Sounds terrible right? First thing we need to worry: How do we even breath?! All those small actions, even include using plastic bags, would affect our next generation wouldn't be able to enjoy the beauty nature we've been getting contact for years. I'm not really that kind of 'Live Green' person, but after watching this movie, it truly inspire me to think deeply and question myself if this is the time to change my behavior. Luckily at such modern era, we have something called biodegradable plastic, so it can actually decompose up to 3 months. However, if you drop a normal plastic bottle in somewhere near the backyard or garden ,it will never biodegrade! So next time, don't just throw it wherever you like, remember it's your and my responsible to keep the earth clean, if you wont, who will?

Okay enough for the bragging, I just think this is a good education for the children, especially young ones! I'm sure most adults wouldn't be so inconsiderate and unethical  :)

Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, it's not going to get better. It's not!                                                                       - by Lorax

Holidayy

Time flies. It's already the mid year of 2012, and I realized I haven't been blogged for months. Have you ever have a feeling when you're happy, there's nothing to write about. But if you have tons of worry, you feel like writing a thousand word essay. Yes I'm talking about myself. Ever since I got a part time job, buried myself in the third year study and maybe spent some quality time with the bf, I left no time to blog. Plus I almost doing the same routine everyday, wouldnt that be a little bit odd if I rewrite the same thing over and over again? Haha :)

But... I quit my job in May because I was finding it impossible to handle work and study together. I dont know how people do that, but it's really amazing when someone can work part-time while still going to school. Big claps for you guys.. I think I wouldn't work part time again unless I have less subjects (a normal course will have 4 subjects each semester).

Other than that, I got a hair cut at Mino Korean Hair Saloon. It was very odd when I first looked at it, but my boyfriend totally loved it. Well I always have the mature look, but I got myself a bang that day. Actually it's a miscommunication with the pretty lady who cut my hair, Karen. Or I could blame myself as I'm totally confused with the word 'fringe' and 'bang'.. BUT most importantly that hairstyle turned out nice on my face coz I look exactly like a high school student now.. Haha dont you dare laugh at it. You wouldn't believe most people said I'm in my late 20's when my boyfriend asked them about it. Such a busybody. Haha..

I guess that's all for this post. The most exciting thing is I'm going to Sydney next week. Finally I can escape from the gloomy weather in Melbourne. It has been raining for the whole week :(

Until next post, you all take care and have a fabulous holiday! :)
